Exchange Requests
If you need a different size or have an issue with your order, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 305 6319177 within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Fee
A Rs. 350 return and exchange fee applies to each return or exchange request.
Conditions
- Shoes must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with the box.
- Please share your order number and clear photos of the product.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours with photos and the fee will be waived.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.
